Is it really possible to be friends with a female?
Tell ya what, i always thought it was, now im starting to have doubts and i think im about to stop hanging out with her.
Met this girl about 3-4 months ago, i had just got out of a relationship and wasnt looking for one, anyways, she is a pretty good lookin girl, and that can be very taxing on friendships.
Lets take the history of her and me in a nutshell. We started hanging out (well, she started coming over all the time) and we just hung out a lot. That diddnt stop some people i know from trying to **** block me at every angle, really ticked me off cause we werent even dating. Anyways, that caused a bunch of drama i diddnt wanna deal with.
So about 2 weeks ago my buddy's girl was trying to hook me up with one of her friends. Finally i was going to meet her, it wasnt really a date or anything, just a casual chance to meet this chick and there were several of my buddys there along with my friend and the chick who was trying to hook me up with her. Anyways, my friend jen wanted to come along and since the normal crew was gonna be there i was fine with that.
Now, lets go back in time just a little, while me and her were friends, were HAD in the past messed around a little. Nothing serious. Usually when were both real drunk and bored. <rofl> And usually when im interested in some other chick. yeah. there seems to be an emerging pattern
Allright, lets return to where we were when i was meeting this chick. She shows up, she is allright, nothing to scream about but a good lookin girl. I start talking to her and it doesent take long for me to determine she is not what im lookin for. Meanwhile, at the bar, where we are all at, all of the sudden my friend Jen takes a serious interest in me and twice tries to make out with me and twice i shoot her down, after all, im here to meet that other girl and even if im not al that interested, it would be kinda rude for me to do that.
Later that night everyone ends up at my crib, were all hanging out and having fun. That girl jen totally grabs me as im leaving my room, pushes me against the wall and starts making out with me, JUST as the girl i was supposed to meet comes around the hall. Bam. Caught. Welp, that avenue was closed. ROFL. Then Bam, Jen diddnt have any interest anymore.
I talk to her about it cause i dont want her mistaking my friendship as being some sort of a back-burner boyfriend while she figures out what she wants to do. I still think to this day the only reason she was doing that was to blow any chance i had with this other girl.
We got in an arguement and i was ready to throw the dueces and ball out, then finally she stops with the offencive and apologizes and said she was sorry.
Now, i have seen this girl play MANY games with her ex b/f, and being a typical guy i get kinda dumb when a hottie is paying attention to me, but i totally think she is playing games with me.
None of my friends really like her, they all think she is a huge drama hound and i can see that. Some of em were kinda bummed we ended up being friends again.
So last night i cooked up a 20lb ham with all the fixings, all my friends were up, we have a good time. Jen shows up and she said she had been studying before she came over, but it looks like she spent the last couple hours getting all dolled up, she was lookin her best, and of course when she comes over she gravitates and spends all her time talking to me.. After dinner me and her head to the local bar where she zones in on this dude and basically throws herself at the guy. it actually kinda pissed me off, i was there to have some beers with her as a friend, not sit there and become 3rd wheel while she puts on the ***** mask.
So. Here i am with a dilemma. I like her, but i dont know which head is talking. I dont think i could ever have stand to have a romantic relalationship with her cause she is full of games and is reveling in the attenion. Yeah, remember that math-club dork girl in highschool with the rockin body but was still a dork and want too pretty? yeah, this is her grown up. she is still a dork, her bod is rockin, she could stand to get some tips on makeup use though.
Anyways. Her friendship is causing problems with my friendship with my buddys.
Any advice on this? I cant decide if her friendship is even worth it. All she does is cause drama.
Should i kick it to the curb?

yeah dude its hard...i have a freind that is a female, who is very good looking, we hang but her boyfreind whos like 6'3" and not buff and not skinny, fuggin HATES me so its real hard just to hang..i have a grilfreind my self, and this big oaf, ***, gets all jealous, even tho i just wanna be freinds?? anyways, so anytime i know im gonna be seeing her boyfreind, i bring my buddy cole, who is 6'5" and benches over 300 lbs

I have many female friends.
Some are just buddies/friends, a couple are in school like me and it has progressed to a "friends w/ benefits" situation. It all depends on the individual.
It comes down to respect and common sense. Sounds like this girl has neither slappy, if she can't handle things the way they are, move on bro. Life is too short for drama.

Shes not hot at all. I didnt even look at the face yet. Her body is just not special at all its very plain barely any curves and her chest ......5 bucks says its all her bra. Lots of girls are messed up. Here is my advice:
1 - Don't try to fix her.
2 - You simply need to have a talk and establish ground rules for the relationship. Either you are friends with benefits who can enjoy others, exclusive to eachother, or whatever you decide.

I would consider my girlfriend of 3 years my best friend.....with that said, in my experience guys that are 'friends" with girls are usally only their friend cause they want to nail her or gay! ha ha ha

Sometimes they are thinking or even saying the same thing we are, however it conveyed a totally different way so just put your feelings out there and if she doesn't go for it then "hey, you tried". But, if you decide to go the "friends with benefits" route be careful in how you present it to her if it comes up....girls don't want to feel like they are being "used" or "slutty" so make sure you keep that in mind if you go that route. Just my two cents
