Depends, what do you want, you could get nitto 555r's that last about 15000 miles, but dont hook as well as others, or you could get some BFG's that might last about 7k miles, but hook really well, or you could go Mickey Thompson Dr's which last even less that the BFG's.

well looking for pretty much an all around tire, for all weather, not just for track! since it is a dd!

What wheels are you going to keep? If stock, then Id suggest some Khumo Ecsta MX's. They are a great tire, with a great wear and traction. If you go deep dish of any kind, I like my Sumitomo's, they are kinda slick in the cold, but otherwise, I love em.

i had absolutely no ambition to do headers and a mid pipe and look where i am now.

LOL yea, without the brakes you needed...lol jk. I always have a list, or a plan, or something. Gives me something to work towards, keeps me motivated to work. Just sometimes things get moved around when deals come up, or I get a wild hair. Next on the list is a new catback, then a raptor I believe.

The throttle body doesnt come with the KB unless you order it from KB, the plenum is in the intake manifold though.

Tire wise, I'v done a lot of looking for tires because I'm a daily driver too. The Kumho Ecsta MX is not so much what it is cracked up to be. Michelin Pilot Sports 2 are GREAT, but really expensive, like 350 a tire. Anyways, I'm getting bfg KDW2's, great in dry in wet. They got a 9.3 dry rating and 8.7 wet rating. 9.0 and 9.1 corning and steering, to top it off they have a 300 treadwear rating. On tirerack they were rated #1 out of 42 tires. I'll be getting 295/35/18 and 265/35/18. Total cost is right at 900 dollars. But should last a fairly long time. The main reason I like them so much is because they're a great rain tire, which makes them a great DD tire. (not to mention the 9.3 dry rating!!)

BFG's are supposed to sit nice on the ground too, should be visually about the same as the 305 nitto 555r's on an 18 inch rim. BFG KDW2

Looks like a solid list, but for the suspension, substitute all the Steeda stuff for Maximum motorsports stuff (the sfc's, and lca's and such)

seriously, a 302, would be a waste of 8 grand get this forged shortblock for 3 grand, and it will still have everything you need, people have upwards of 800 hp with this engine http://modularpowerhouse.com/shoppin...a904a7ff856a49

that way you can spend alot more on your blower making more boost. and besides if this is a d/d street car..more than 400 hp is retarted, everyone i know who uses a 5-600 hp car for street driving ( with the exception or a few cobras) always end up selling it/parting it out, because its just plain too much for the streets, and becomes a pain in the *** because of all the problems of a high HP car

thanks guys for the suggestions, and springs that link goes to an empty cart! i also agree having more than 400 hp on a DD is too much! i wasnt planning to go that extreme anyway, just 400-500hp for me!

I'm hoping that the shocks and struts will help smooth it out some.
