mach 1 hood scoop

soo...i was thinking of getting the mach 1 hood scoop.....i know that its not really for performance...but i like it alot.....i also found a mach 1 hood for like $300 off of this one site...gotta find the add for it casue it sliped my mind...do you guys think i should go for it?

It would probably be better to actually have the mach1 hood, but you dont need it. the kit on MT has everything to make it look like it does in the pics

the only thing is that the thing that u put on the hood doesnt come flush to the hood at the front of the car....

so does anyone thing i should attempt this?

Your right, i never noticed that.

I say go for it if you want. I totally want the mach1 shaker on my car, but that isnt going to happen anytime soon. <grin>

i think ill go for it....when christmas comes around ill get lots of money from family members (i dont ask for presents)......thats going to be the first thing ill get w/ that money...prolly be like 7/8 of it too...haha

o and about the hood not meeting.....it doesnt matter...beggers cant be choosers...thats the way i look at it

If you want to go with the mach 1 shaker hood, then that sounds like a good deal. I think karkraft makes the shaker assembly

or keep your eyes on www.mach1registry.com for parts.

just remember it's not a performance mod. purely appearance
