Appears to be the S-281 Saleen wing....... Go to http://www.mustangworld.com and check out their pics of 99-04 and you'll find a ton of pictures of cars with that wing...

Exactly, if you see a 99 or a 00 stang, youll notice the spoilers are much diff than the 01-04. BUT, just a piece of advice, IF you have a 35th limited edition 1999 mustang, BUY THE 01-04, because you have a different spoiler than the other 99-00 stangs. Trust me on this, I thought I got a great deal on an s281, well, didnt fit, because I didnt use my brain. I still plan on ordering one though, once MT gets them back. So thats what, two things MT needs again?
