Default Small dressup...

I was thinking of using alittle bit of cash for some small exterior mods...

White Reflective Mustang Bumper Insert Letters (94-98 GT & V6) -$20-
Mustang Windshield Decal (White) -$30- (or should i get chrome?)
8-inch Fixed Black Antenna -$20-
Chrome Mustang License Plate Frame -$16-

Yay or na? I don't wanna spend anymore than 100 bucks on some things, so is this cool? or sumtin else i could do that would look nicer...? thx...

((my car is a dark blue...))

I would go with the stainless silver insterts for the bumper and ifr you really want the decal I would go with silver or chrome but I'm not really a fan of decals...I like the clean look better.

I would get the antenna and the plate frames...I got those here BTW
I don't know anything about engine mods for a sixer but a lot of people get the CAI as one of the first things...I pretty much got mine looking how I wanted it to, and then started with the performance mods.

Yeah...that would be good. If you are sure your getting a 99-04 GT I would start saving for mods for that...you won't notice the performance mods as much on your sixer.

Cleaning the engine won't do anything except mnaybe make it run a little smoother...to be honest I've never really done that, I get my fluids changed and crap like that but thats about it. I really wouldn't waste the money on performance for that car if your getting a new one in 6 months...If I were you, I would save and have some mod money for the GT.

Get a 14" antenna instead of an 8".

Get a NOS sticker and put it in the window....75 rwp instantly.

Drive up to Carthage, MO and steal Lance's car. But make sure you go on a day when he isn't waxing it for 12 hours straight.

If your sure your getting something like a new GT do things that can be swaped over to the GT, ie rim's (if you saved up later and got them) or maybe some interior stuff if you wanted. A CAI you can get on ebay or here on MT thats where i got mine...i'd say just get things that can be switched over. I'd say short shifter but not all the GT's have the same, you'd have to get a 00-01 GT i think....for my 2003 V^ the same shifter will fit a 02-04 GT.

Don't worry to much about small things the cheapest thing to do is remove the silencer in your air box. It's the small narrow tube that goes into the fender well...also MTing has the chrome 3M inserts, forget the Stainless Steel, your bumper never gets isht on it, why pay 65$ for something when you can get the same thing for 15...i've had mine in for a year or so now and don't even have one scratch on them...

In my opinion I hate windshield decals that say Mustang. It's like ok we know you drive a Mustang so why put that on your windshield. That is just me. I always thought it was dumb. Also your car does not look as bad as you are making it out to be. Clay that thing and give it a good polish and wax and you will be surprised. Other than those bo bo wheels it looks like a car that is in good shape.
