cause of this accident....

i maybe getting a check to fix my car that got into an accident.....soo...if the dude just sends me a check...what should i do w/ it?.....should i keep it and part out the car and buy a 01 cobra or 01-04 gt.

bent frame on pos = totaled. Insurance claims a total loss at 75% of the vehicles value.

the dude doenst want insurance to be involved....he is paying cash to "fix" my car....

Dont do that. Youll get screwed in the end. ESPECIALLY with the frame damage like that.

we have a police report and it not my decision...it my mom's....the car is under her name
