For some reason i have always been fond of the 1979 Mustang Pace Car. When i had opportunities to purchase one, either the funds were not available or i had another car at the time. But now i have finally decided to model my current(2000GT)after this 79 Pace Car theme. I have quite a few ideas, some i have already started. Like black(flat) and orange hi-lites on the hood and the flamed pony emblem in the grill. I intend on doing a large running pony to extend along the side of the car to the spoiler.

Just like they have remodeled the Machs and Bullitts.

Any additional ideas or comments? Feel free.

I am going to purchase some of the original decal kit through Bob Whites decals. I dont know if you seen one of the shops i did over the weekend.
