Default Totalled the Bullitt

Still waiting to find out for sure but preliminary assessment looks like a total loss. Both airbags deployed. Bumps and bruises for me and sore.

I got ticketed but even the guy that i hit told the cop it wasn't my fault. The car in front of the guy i hit stopped inna middle of the road, and the dude i hit wasn't paying attention n slammed on his brakes and by the time i hit my brakes it was too late. FYI, airbags SUCK! Imma see what they end up doing with it, if they total it, i may buy it back and depending on what its gonna take to fix, either fix it or part it out and buy something else. Needless to say, there will be some alcohol in my near future... actually... I'll start now.

Im glad you're ok man. The car can be replaced, even though it's a shame you just put so much into it.

Wow thats terrible but they always give tickets to the rear ender as you have been a safe distance back to brake in time. I dont agree with it all the time but thats the logic.

Ok so update on me and the car... I've been really sore the past couple days so i finally went to the doctor 2 cracked ribs, hairline collarbone fracture, "strained" neck lol oh well. The good news is, the body shop just called. Insurance adjuster valued the car at almost $15k Total repair cost... $6,946.97... Meaning... THEY'RE NOT TOTALING IT!!! AND!!!! somehow or another my body man talked the adjuster (who, just luckily and thankfully, turned out to be a close friend of his) into not even turning it in on carfax, and there's gonna be no hike in insurance premium either!!!! The car will be put back exactly as i had built it. Roush kit, shaker hood, smoked cobra headlights, HID's, everything! I'm ecstatic! The only bad thing is, he's gonna have the car prolly a month or more lol oh well, all things considered i couldn't have asked for anything more.

Car will never be the same.....I'd cut your losses now. Call me an ******* or whatever, but I can guarantee you that there is much more than just exterior part damage. Suspension will be the feel, all tell all in the end. I hit a racoon, a racoon mind you and to this day am still finding things that have been bent and/or broken from that small incident.

All those power upgrades and no brake upgrades? Might've made the difference there.

It's because your so into your car you make things that aren't noticeable, noticeable. My car was a rebuild from 2006 and the only thing i've changed is my oil and bearings which is normal. My car runs straight on the highway and its had a new radiator support twice.

Potholes knock it out of line every year, but that's normal alignment time for any car.

I disagree with the brakes because its a bullitt and already has above average brakes, you can't stop a ferrari on a dime.

LOL pro, i dunno bout old, but im no kid. I'm 33. :P As for you 08, i DROVE the car home with no shimmies, shakes, squeaks, NOTHING. Hardly even out of alignment. I'm sticking with my original assessment of you. You're a fucktard Just a big ole scary internet badass LMAO. C'mon down to Georgia sometime I'll buy you a beer. Onna brighter note, I finally got my bike painted, whole new brake system installed, and a TBR juicebox pro fuel controller installed, along with new 27x10/27x12 Kenda executioner tires and a 2" inch lift onna 4 wheeler.

Haha, fucktard. This Irish guy I hang out with says that all the time in is fucktard accent. 08, must of been drunk posting that night. However, your car does look messed up but doesnt look like much of the car crumpled from the impact so the front clip is probably straight. Hopefully, your K-member didnt get jacked up. I've damage my mustang before and the initial assessment was 5k in damage but after all was said and done the cost came out to right at 10k.

What kind of bike is that? 2000-2002 Ninja?

Only you`ll know whether the car is fucked or not mate. Time will tell when you rebuild it.

Did you have an agreed insurance valuation on it?

Internet badass LMFAO!!! I have no one to impress here bud. I could give a **** less, and you can go back and look at every post I've ever made on this board even before you joined and see that. On the other hand, you just come off as plain ignorant. If you took that car to the track and went through some turns for a few laps I can guarantee that you would find more things wrong with it than some assessment lady can.

I never said anything about alignment lol. That is only a VERY small fraction of the suspension actually at play. The fact that you're older just makes me even more hopeless of American society....your maturity level is like that of my 16 year old sister. And thats giving you the benefit of the doubt. But don't worry, keep posting all about your new toys. I'm sure they'll all end up in a heap of metal just like the bullit...

And the only damage to the car is the upper radiator support. I didn't know the K member was joined there.

Hell i'd even buy the bumper off of him.

If it doesn't drive the same I'd **** myself.
