If it wasn't so busy down by the canal here I would have made another round. But i saw a kid (picture your run of the mill 14 year old douche, he didnt look 16) in a light green honda civic, complete with a coffee can sized tail pipe and orange rims... pulled over, by an officer on a bicycle! Funniest thing I have ever seen!
