Default Are these Ford rotors?

I am considering buying this brake kit but I am not too sure about these rotors. The owner says they are FRPP "Severe Duty" but I hve never heard of them before and I can't find **** on them. Do any of you guys recognize them?

I asked if he would split them so I could just buy a set of Cobra blanks but he doesn't want to. If they are a reputable brand I might be ok with them but if they are Chinese Rotors I'm definitely going to pass on them.

How much is he selling all of that for? Worst case scenario if they aren't great rotors, you could probably get your money's worth out of them on Craigslist to some idiot who wants race-car looking brake rotors, then in turn buy some power slots or something.

SS lines are good, I need to get some eventually.

The FRPP Severe duty rotors I'm finding all look like the regular Brembo rotors with that gray area surrounding the hat, they aren't slotted or drilled

He's trying to get $500 for the kit. The rotors are also zinc plated which I don't ever remember seeing on Ford rotors. I am just worried that if they are cheep knockoffs they will crack at the drilled openings. Drilled rotors always make me nervous.

To be honest they look like these, with 3 holes instead of 4.

I don't think FRPP made cross-drilled/slotted rotors for SN95s

I wish the new set from LRS didn't have that stupid "SVE" writing on them.

Not too big of a deal, what does SVE mean anyway? And at least the writing is black. Comes with good rotors too.

I am pretty sure it's just a private label for Latemodel resto. I like the rotors better too but they sell for $600.

Thoes are not FRPP or Brembo. Cheap knock-offs for sure. Any good 13" rotor for us will use a "Swan neck" design from the center section of the rotor out to the ring, or the area that the caliper sweeps. The swan neck shape allows for even expansion when the rotor heats up. Brembo developed this sometime around 96 and Ford started to use it on the Cobras. The rotors pictures have a sharp angled design similar to how our rear rotors are.

Thanks for the info. I had a feeling they were knockoffs but I waned to be sure before I passed on them. To bad he won't split them up.
