It really ruins your weekend. I think I experienced one of my worst fears.

Nope, it actually happened, haha. Yes I feel like an idiot. My contact lens pretty much saved my eye since most of the glue bonded to it, and the insides of my eye lids, but I still have some on my eye lashes that is bothering me. It scratched my cornea and I'm on meds and have to let it heal for another 24 hours or so then go back to the eye doctor so he can check it out. Felt like I had shards of glass in my eye. It still hurts.

The nurse was cute.

How could you tell? JK I couldn't help myself.

Man I hope it all heals up fine. Don't feel bad this actually happens more often than people would like to think.

I`ve had superglue in my eye but I didn`t accidently/deliberately drip it in.

I was gluing a training shoe and the rubber sole sprung away and shot the stuff right in my keeker. Not good fun.

Well I had the super glue on the bathroom counter because a cut I had gotten the night before opened up, I wanted to stop the bleeding quick because I was leaving for a job interview. I left it there on accident.

Wow that sucks.

I would have been able to smell the super glue if it got anywhere near my face. get your sniffer checked.

Hope there's no permanent damage and that you heal quickly.

I'd be surprised if anyone could see anything after being stuffed inside a tiny punctuation mark.

Haha, I could still see with my right eye, ***.

Thanks guys, I went to the eye doc today and he said the scratch is almost healed, should be good in a few days, then I have to get the super glue out of my eye lashes, it's annoying as hell. It's still kind of hard to keep the eye open and it is really light-sensitive but the vision going back to normal, it just looks like of gross. I also have a job interview either tomorrow or Wednesday so I have to explain them my issue so they don't freak out. Then I have two exams and a lot of homework I have to get done this week and it sucks using the eye for long periods of time, kind of stressing me out.

Eye's good, but I didn't get the job.

So now I am back to being poor for the foreseeable future. Get it, forseeable future??!

It's too bad too, because my friend just totaled his GT and I really want his bullitt brakes, working seatbelt, chin spoiler and other ****. lol.

I was doing a fibergalss repair the other day and dripped resin right onto my eyelash. I am so glad I blinked in time or I'd have went through the same thing as you. Man that was a close one. Now.....If I could just get that damn resin off my eyelash LOL.

Use vaseline, put some on your fingers and rub your eyelashes harshly. Dissolved the super glue so I'm sure it'll work on resin. lol
