My first thoughts were exactly what Zig first posted. You got caught drinking underaged, got caught and now have to pay the price. Although the penalty sucks, it's something you're going to have to deal with one way or the other.
Get a lawyer. Good luck in court. Hopefully you'll be smarter about it next time.
And yes, I can act like I haven't drank a couple of beers when I was 19, because I haven't. I rarely drink and when I do, it is definitely not beer.

Yeah, I got the hose. Even though they couldnt punish me Punitively I was hit with Administrative action.
Whatever. I'm living life in a **** hole called Iraq and turning a decent paycheck. I make more in a week then I would have earned in a couple months as active duty
