Yup my car took it in the rear with no lube! Totaled or not? I in a way wish it is but then again i like the car. The bummer part is it WAS mint in and out with only 44k on it.

Just not paying attention. I wasn't mad at the guy as I probably would have been years back but the guy was cool. He was about my age. He was very apologetic but I told him it was all cool and people make mistakes.

 

Lets see...Trunk Lid, Tail Lights, Rear Bumper, Rear Corner Panel, Possibly Straighten Tail Pipes... and then paint on top of that...

It got the bumper support, entire trunk drip rails need replacing, trunk floor board and paint on the other quarter panel from my spoiler flying into it and stratching the **** out of it. The catch comes when you think about it is a 7 year old v6 mustang. It really isnt worth ****.

They havnt seen the car yet but the guy at auto body shop was a complete idiot. I posted what he said on facebook. He was saying get the bottle out of the shop its dangerous and stuff, what a tard. So i just took the bottle out of the car to make the *** happy. He was just some queer shop maintnance/car porter guy too.

I wasnt at fault so it doesnt effect my insurance what so ever. That was the first thing I did when it happend was driving over to my broker and asking what my options were. She said call the other guys ins company and they do what they do and as far as they are concerned it never happend.

 

but on a side note if it is totaled I will have a fox 5.0 in my garage asap!

 

Oh and on top of that if it is totaled my dad is going to buy the car back and fix it. He is a body guy so he will use it as a dd. The onlu problem is that he lives in new mexico so it would chill in my garage taking up space till he gets it.

 

Damnit that sucks man. I am glad you're ok though. It hard to say for sure but I would think that they will total the car.

On a side note, a turbo 5.0 Fox would be kickass!

I'm going to keep the spoiler but my rear bumper is up in the air. Stock gt, or shaved gt bumper that 50 rest has, or a shaved cobra is what I really want if I can find a quality one.

 

Sucks they didnt total it, not to scare you, but that car will never be the same again. I wouldnt want it.

 

Its all cosmetic damage so it's no biggie to me as long as it looks legit. If there was any type of suspension damage then I would think that way but otherwise I don't care. It's not like it drives any different or anything.
