Some analyst douche who has been wrong on several accounts in the gaming industry, thinks Activision should be selling the DLC for even more money and that they also need to start charging to play CoD. Who the **** is going to pay $60 to physically have the disc, then another $20-30 for a few maps, and then top it off to pay a monthly fee just to play the damn game online. If thats the way it goes, then see ya.

Well I hate to laugh, not really, but GT5 has been delayed AGAIN.. I don't get the reason for all the delays for this damn game. It's kinda ridiculous and I'm not even going to get nor own a PS3.

Haha, they'll probably wait for Forza 4 to see what they include, and then go back and add that stuff into GT5. It's never going to been if they keep trying to add stuff. It's funny, one of the times it was delayed, was after Forza 3 was shown at some event and some of the GT5 developers were asking a bunch of questions about it.

 

LOL. i was looking forward too. looks like i gotta wait longer. i'm willing to wait, because it's such a great game. gran turismo is pretty much the only racing game that has my full loyalty.

 

....sigh. With so many delays I'm debating whether or not it's worth the wait. I may end up canceling my pre-order and get the game later if I hear that it is the best game ever.

You don't know that for sure. They never gave a new date. The president of Polyphony said he feels like the game will still come out before the end of the year. Sounds to me like there's a good chance it won't come out until January.

Or maybe they'll just wait and release GT5 as a launch title for the next Playstation. haha

IGN.com is reporting that Gran Turismo 5 will be delayed again...

 

They've been developing this game waaaaayyyy to long to be coming across more bugs to fix. Maybe they shouldn't have taken the time to design 900+ cars and instead focus on some more important things. Like releasing the game.

 

the president of Polyphony is a perfectionist...and that is why it gets delayed so much. just be glad it's not like Duke Nukem Forever. lol.

 

I would laugh it that came out before GT5. Being a perfectionist is nice and all, but in the video game industry it's not always good. Especially when your game was suppose to come out years ago.

I say **** Gran Turismo in every way possible. Its not perfectionism, its called knowing that you're piece of **** game isn't up to par when compared to what is out on the market now.

Gran Turismo pioneered REAL racing sim games, but they've been knocked off their block. Forza 4 FTMW!

I wouldn't call it hate. It's more like laughing at the failures of Sony or Polyphony for this matter. I use to like Gran Turismo, but it's become the same racing game with improved graphics. That's all they've really done since GT3. Improved car models and tracks, but nothing else. GT4 did not impress me and neither did Prologue. We've had two Forza's since Xbox 360 came out and they've only gotten better. GT5 should've been out years ago.

 

That's why you can't trust the Japanese.

They didn't have room for a 99-04 mustang cause the Prius is more important. You have way more options to modify it and make it a full blown racing machine. Plus, if you already have 1000 cars, why would you want 1001. I think 1000 cars is ridiculous to have. Hell even 400 cars is too much considering only like 100 are actually good.

 

they should add motorcycles...then id buy a PS3 just to have that game.
