Default HELP!!!! I need a machinist to replicate a part for me

I have a really really really rare shotgun from the early 1920's that's insanely valuable and I have a buyer for but I need to now replace a part on it before they buyer will take it. The part is less than 2" long and looks roughly like a tuning fork. It operates the safety on my gun and I need this gun working to cash out of it.

I will pay for the machining work. It should be made of mild steel.

I also have a much more complicated part that I need machined... but the machinist can't know what it is or why I want it... suffice it to say that exposing those details would be less than ideal and could cost me lots of money. I have full machinist drawings with angles and dimensions for the complex part. This part is about the size of a postage stamp if it were made 3d instead of 2d.

I'm not asking for a freebie. I'm asking for you to be able to hurry and not take me to the cleaners. My local shops won't touch it because it's too small a job and not worth their time to set up the tooling.

PLEASE! I need the help rather urgently on the simple part. The complex part... welll that's more for fun.

if you save it as a .DXF file you should be able to put it in a CNC machine that is if it isnt a circle.

I don't have a looming deadline... the guy that wants it is willing to wait and he's a collector so I'm inclined to let it go to him. Sometime soon would be really nice though.

It's a cylinder split down the middle with a smaller diameter cylinder under it. It's a pretty basic part. If I were inclined I could make one with a drill and a file but I'm lazy and I want a quality part in the gun.

It's easy enough for me to ship the broken part to any volunteers. Just have to make sure that it nets the replacement part.

Go terrorist? Naw! Been there for years. I am the sum of your fears. Neener.
