neat, i like the 50 dollar price drop on the arcade. i have a rrod 360 that i did the xclamp fix on and it worked great for about 3-4 months. now when i turn it on it gives me rrod when it is cold. funny thing when i leave it on with red lights flashing to heat up, i can turn it on and after about 5 minutes and it is good and hot, i turn it off and back on and it boots right up just fine. watched i am legend on my hd dvd player all the way through so it was on for about 2 hours straigh no problems. would be nice to get the 150 dollar arcade and swap it out.

with the price drop of the arcade, idk. new360 for 299 or ps3 for 299=ps3 no doubt. but half the price for 360 arcade?

 

It was always a competitor. Xbox > PS3. Now I'm going to have to see how much Gamestop will give me for my Halo Edition and get this new one.

Seriously??? You deserve to have your disc scratched if you're dumb enough it to move the system and kind of drop it while the disc is inside spinning. Of course something is going to happen. What if you drop a PS3 on the floor and it breaks? Is that a flaw?

 

man it f'ed up that disc but seriously who moves it around like that when you have a game in it and running?

 

This isn't even worth. Yea, the Wi-Fi is cool but I'm pretty sure new systems will be out in 2012 or even 2011.

I've had the 360 since launch and have only replaced 1.

If I can get a decent trade in price for my current one, I may get the new one. The WiFi would be nice so I can play in another room and the quiet factor is a plus.

 

i mean its a good system but my brother has one and nothing but problems, theyre all going to be different depending on how much you use your own. wifi is a big plus for xbox owners save money on the wireless networking adapter. i dont hate the xbox its a good system i just have been with sony since the first playstation lol and thats years ago prob around 1995-96.

 

I was too cheap to buy a wireless card for the xbox, so I just connected it via ethernet to my laptop and used my laptop's wireless connection.

 

that thing is still junk. new wrapper, same old internals, same old RROD.

I don't know what the hell people do to their xbox's, but I've replaced one cause of RROD since launch. I see people who say they're on their 8th or 9th one and I just can't believe it.

It's still better than playstation.

 

They got rid of the RROD..
