Default lesson learned..

Going to work today, minding my own bidness. Saw a nice looking 05 or an 06 V-6 stang. ( I've seen this car before going to work), Well I get to the light and she pulls in the next lane. we are side by side at the light. . Green and she stomps it and I couldn't help myself but I let her get a good car length and I stomped mine in 2nd gear and passd her even before we hit the speed limit.

I let off the gas in 2nd gear right where she could hear my exhaust. ( Not that loud but my flows were resonating pretty good ha ha). next light I look over and grin. The woman looked absolutely pissed off. Geez woman, didn't you see GT on my gaddam car before you decided to jump on the light. Light turns green again, she takes off like a granny, and I thought serves you right. I stomped it again and gave her an earfull. Then i proceeded at the 45 limit. LOL, she wouldn't try it again..

Just sayin, Not racing by any means but still, I couldn't let that go unanswered. I was just going to work, and hope she learned a lesson

Well you don't have GT Badges? Not sure I would even know if it was a GT from the side of it.

She should have saw it, but the hood eh can be mistaken.
I usually either look at the back or the exhaust.

I do that with corvettes...not that I see them next to me at a stop light all the time but when I do, oh is it game on. I just goose the throttle a little bit on take off and wait to see if they take the bait. Some do some dont but when they do I get all giddy because after that all they see and hear is my taillights and screaming exhaust. There are also times I get my doors blown off and I'm left with my jaw and pride on my lap.

I dont race mustangs...I just drive normal and they try to keep up, LOL.

Owning a V-6 I would try to get a nice clean GT to race off a light... just to hear it scream, same with any nice car...

Haha, Rebel. I love doing that **** to people. I had some ricer try that **** with me at a light. I let him take off a little and then I reamed him a new one!

I never get cars that I know could murder me mess with me. When I have another Mustang, Corvette, or anything comparable pull up next to me, I usually just get some kind of a cat-call whistle, a "hello" rev, or nothing at all. No fun, I tell ya. No fun.

Cumberland rd. and Hope Mills rd. intersection. The lady who owns the stang works at the little moped shop abot 3 miles down before the bridge on Cumberland Rd. Burgandy stang with chrome tail light covers.

I think she shouldn't have gave me such a shitty look. I was just playing a bit. Next time I'll let my GT eat from a dig and scare the **** out of her..

Hell even a modded LS1 will make me nervous, just when you think you might have a chance them ******* are screaming past. Ouch.. But sometimes you can catch em offguard and they miss a shift or something.

Usually it's all in good fun, so not to really be street racing at 100+. Just making some noise in 2 or 3 gears.. Normally 2, cause dam when your romping it in 3rd your speeding..

haha too bad I'm not in NC near you...I'd get next to you at a light.

If she seriously thought she had a chance against you, then maybe she just has no clue about what she was driving, and what you were driving! lol

That is exactly it. She drives a good looking Stang. ( Convertable no less). And she probably don't know 6 from 8. She probably understood that her car is " newer " than mine by a year or 3, but she should've just waved, even without an expression at all. But a snarling look, like I did something wrong by passing her on such short notice. And everyone behind us went " oooh look " that red stang passed the burgandy one and gave her some exhaust note... Oh well, I'll let her win next time.. Don't want to be a negative nancy or anything...
