Gaaadammit. Got to work today and my coworker on 1st shift. ( I'm 2nd shift). He is also my boss and he wanted to chew my *** about something that didn't get done. ( I run 2 different depts. without any help accept my 3 operators who are very limited on knowledge about any machinery the are assigned too. The other worker ( there are 2 on 1st shift), had to do something I should have done, but didn't get time to do. This guy is a good worker but not a team player like me, my boss on 1st shift, and my 3rd shift coworker..

Anyway he starts chewing my ***, and i jumped right back with the old phrase, there is no I in team. I didn't get this done, and he had to do it. So when he leaves something not done then I have to do it.. Is that the way we gonna do things now??

He said let's not argue about it.. Too ******* late for that Bro.. You started in on me soon as I got in the door.. I can usually run both depts. even when things get rough, But there are gonna be times when i catch hell from both sides, and i aint ******* Superman.. Now which dept needs to run the most. I said

Ok That's exactly what i did.. If I could have done everything. I would have but I cannot be in 2 places at once.. Be glad i'm willing to do 2 PEOPLES JOBS in the 1st place bro..

LOL. He was humbled by then. We went and had a smoke and now we are friends again. He wants to get our manager to get someone to help 2nd and 3rd shift, with someone besides a temp agency operator.. (which BTW is what we use to do basic machine operation). And IMHO most are dumb as a stump. Some can't even understand what the **** your saying to them. Others that do speaky english, Can't learn basic machine terminology.. ( that thingy there aint doing right). WTF thingy are you ******* talking about).

Or My Favorite Line.. My machine is acting stupid again. I say what is it doing/ not doing? It's acting a fool. I say Gaaadaaam.. Never mind. &**%$#@

 

Sorry to rant so badly. On a brighter note. The pool is officially open. All cleaned up and chemicals are right.. Water is clear as bell, And the temp is 74 degrees.

That's kinda cold, But Im gonna jump in this weekend anyway.. Yeehaw Summertime is here..

 

You call that a rant? Lol, sorry but when i rant i go all out, thats more of a general disdainment or aggravation. Where do you work anyways, and late night posting ftw?

 

I work on the factory floor at ( my avatar pic). Not sure how much I can talk about that. But I run 7 injection molding machines, and 5 metal expanding machines. ( wire on the outside of airfilters). I'm responsible for everything from total rebuild of any machine, to being the stock selector. ( forklift driver). Plus I have to keep up with all the QS-90001 paperwork for quality, and alll the production totals for my shift..

The concrete jungle can be a very cruel place sometimes. Amd yes that's my Rant. I make good money so I can't bitch too much..
