Default Random Pic time. My open wheel car. 56k death

I finally cleaned out my garage and decided to start work on my open wheel race car. It's a 1971 Lotus 69 chassis. The body is what's left of its former racing career. I have molds to make more body panels but this gives an idea of how it'll look.

I'm going to go ahead and use a Ford 2.3L 4cyl on a Porsche 914 tranny. I'll be shooting for 200hp/tq. With a total weight less than 1200lbs it should make my mustang look slow.

the pepsi can was bought at Costco last weekend, with 23 others. Pepsi brought back the old recipe and can design in their "Throwback" products. The Mountain Dew throwback has real sugar and real orange juice in it... it's great, not like the **** in a can of modern Mt. Dew.

Still considering the option of an SVO style turbo setup. They're supposedly frighteningly fast with just 140hp though.

Slither, if you're a size 10, you can have em. I wear a 10.5 and those ain't it. They was free to me anyway. My dad got em because they were the only pair available but they were 2 sizes too big for him, so he gave them to me after 1 wearing. I wore them twice and ******' near broke my foots. I can get in em but they're just too damned small for me. Nice boots for someone that's about 5'9".

Lol. Slither's like 5'7" so he'll be fine.

I'd get use to it just being N/A and then go for teh turbo.

I'm not entirely sure my wife will ever let me drive it... I'm building it for her. I'd like to commute to work in it once or twice though.
