Probably the most epic XBOX RROD fail of all time. Wow, that sucks.

 

Picked up the last copy the day it came out.....I beat the campaign mode. Pretty sick game. I was shocked at the airport scene. I forget the name of the level, but it has a market with a bunch of chickens and you can blast them! ha ha ha

 

So far it looks like within the US and UK, MW2 has sold almost 5 million copies. The Xbox version outsold PS3s by 2 to 1. Largest day on Xbox live with over 2 million concurrent players on and no server issues. Whereas, PS3 suffered severe outages yesterday.

Yea ill admit xbox has better online than ps3../cry Modern warfare isnt the same without an xbox. Beat the campaign and it was super sweet. Online is ok so far.

 

i had over 700$ worth of games, so it was worth it.lol

 

my POS seems to be working fine right now...I just turned it off and on a few times and it started to work. I just finished campaign on veteran so now i can go and focus on getting my *** handed to me until my x-box actually dies or X-box live bans my console.

i have a ps3 but for the xbox users who got banned, does Microsoft or the Xbox Live ban you forever? cause thats terrible

 

they ban your console so you have to buy a new one.

 

I suck at MW2 compared to CoD4. My kill ratio used to be over 2 for cod4

Been playing my friend's copy, birthday's in two weeks. I'm playing through the campaign on veteran. It's spectacular! The only thing I'm disappointed in is the graphics, Killzone 2 spoiled me bad on that one :P

 

Almost makes me wanna go out and buy a 360. but I know if I get one my social life will come to a crashing halt.

 

A lot of people think that, but trust, you're good. I still maintain my friends and girlfriend quite well. But even if you couldn't handle it, IT'S ******* COD

 

The graphics are excellent. They improved quite a bit from the first MW. It might not be Killzone 2 or Gears good, but the gameplay is better than Killzone. Graphics aren't everything when you have killer gameplay.

I finished the single player the other day on Hardened. Great story I must say. Overall, the game is bad ***. From the graphics to the story to the gameplay and to even the music, the game as a whole, is awesome.

I'm a big fan of the online maps as well. There seems to be a nice variety and size.

 

It's a good game, but I can't get over the amount of technical unrealities and errors in the SP campaign. And the beaten-to-death 'hooah!' Bravo-2-1 Victor Hunter Actual Oscar Mike BCT 2 military cool kid lingo is used so much that it basically feels like you're playing a game based on Generation Kill. Also, a few blatant scenes taken from movies kinda irks me too, the writers at IW are not very original. That combined with the sort of ridiculous action sequences makes this game nothing like the old Call of Duties. This is a great game, however, this is NOT a war game. If anything, it's a James-bond style fantasy action shooter. And every soldier is outfitted with a gear-queer airsofter's wet dream of gucci tactical gear. They tried WAY too hard to be cool, and put in 'military lingo' that it almost seems like a ******* parody of what it should be, it's laughable.

The Multiplayer, however, is awesome. And I will kill you all!

 

Get outta here with your techinical unrealities. It's a game.

There's nothing like stealing the other teams care package as they are all coming after you. Then turning a corner and dropping what should have been their airstrike, on the whole team. That was a good match. Got MVP of that game, killed off the whole team before dying, most kills/longest killstreak, and highest kill/death ratio. woot.
