I went to my doctor this morning and got an inhaler and an antibiotic the inhaler helps with the tightness in the chest I feel lots better now but I got like 15 mins of sleep last night and I have to go to work now

I'm the only one that does my job right now cause we had a guy quit and no one new has been hired yet.

If I don't do it the work will just pile up and annoy me later
