Update on this. evrything on my upper shoulder and top of my bicep is cleared up. The nasty sore on my middle arm is getting a lot better, but still nasty looking. It doesn't itch or sting anymore, but the scab is very deep. I know better than to fck with it and pull it off.

Anyway, in retrospect, the doc never said it was a plant. He said I came in contact with something. I just assumed that was it. Could've been a chemical at work or an insect bite.. It's in a bad spot cause I'm bending my arm 9000 times a day.. LOL..

Like I said, this was an Urgent care facility, and they didn't even take a blood sample or anything. Usually they'll look at either your blood or your urine, Now I'm worried again.. DAAMMIITT.. And no I haven't had my forearm where it didn't belong.. on purpose anyway..

Really really glad to hear you are getting better, I would love to see some updated pics. And you are absolutely right to leave the scab alone, it's natures band-aid.

Most urgent care clinics are good at what they do and they take alot of heat off the ER's. There isn't anything blood or urine could have told them about your condition that they couldn't tell by looking ... it was infected. So they saved you the cost of the test and treated you appropriately. The only thing I worry about with urgent care clinics is the follow up, so be sure to follow up and make sure it is completely healed.

Here's how it looks right now. I got 3 pills left to take.. I think it's a lot better now than even a day or 2 ago.. Slow healing this one is.. What do you think mustangrn?? should I get another opinion??

I was honestly expecting to see more healing. If you are that close to finishing your meds it should be almost completely healed and it still looks very angry and still open. It's difficult for me to assess from a picture but I would suggest going back and getting re-evaluated and either getting more or different antibiotics. It's on the right road but it looks like it still has a ways to go.

Thanks mustangrn, Today it starting to get a lot more red around the edges, I wasn't using neosporin, But now I am.. The big black scab is bout ready to come off. Still hooked up to fresh tissue though.. Geeez i hate to go to the clinic right now cause of all the coughing and people with fevers going in and out. I sure don't need to get sick right now. I can work with a few scabs on my arm, but if I get the flu or even a nasty cold I can't work. Too many safety issues to deal with when your feeling sick with a virus..

I appreciate all you'alls input and help. I'll get through it. It just gives me 1 more thing to fcking stress out about. Like my 17 yr old son doesn't add enough stress to my life.. LOL..

Daymm. what was wrong with his arm?. Never saw that flick. I bet the doctor even said. Daymm. WTF is wrong with your arm?. Maybe some neosporin might help. LOL.. When my arm looks like that, I'll start practicing to be the "one armed violinst". LOL.. " He grabbed it with his dick" .
