What a pain in my ***!!! Been cleaning and fixing and painting for over a month and finally got it mostly ready for the agent to take pics and she still nit picke the crap out of it.

Hopefully, it will all be for the good and the house will sell quickly, cuz living in a show ready house with 2 kids and a big hairy dog is not a picnic.

Good Luck with the sale! Yea, that living day to day and afraid to fart isnt the way it should be. It turns a long day into even a longer one. Then to have some ***** come into your house and make you some stupid offer like you were just waiting for them to come by so you can give them your house. I hope the move goes well and everyone will be happy with it all. What do the boys think of the move and what about the oldest one that just got the car, what does he think?
