its really admirable yer willing to go through with this. A co-worker of mine had lukemia and his brother was a match for bone marrow, they put that fat needle into each femer 90 times to get enough bone marrow, he couldnt walk for about a week. extremley painful procedure, while the pain will suck, it will pale in comparison to what she is going through!

Looks like I am riding the bench for the time being. I was able to get a little more information and it looks like what happened was she never got the transplant 2 years ago. Her condition worsened and she was to weak to get the transplant. So for the last 2 years they have been trying to make her stronger and she is finally in a condition where they can do the procedure.
They are going to use the person from 2 years ago this time because he is a little better match. So unless he/she backs out I am just a backup
Either way I'm just glad she is finally getting help after all this time.
If anything further happens where I get called again I won't bring the thread up again unless i'm posting from the operating room. I feel like a tool bringing it back up when it doesn't look like i'm going to be doing anything.
