The guy has inspired so many people and did alot of GREAT things in his life. Its only jerkoff's that point out the negative **** only hours after his death.

Not that i'm going to get into this stupid argument, but i'm pretty positive he was never found guilty of child molestation. You know, the jury didn't find him guilty. The people who actually see the FACTS and the things we don't see. We only see what the media shows us. Lets go ahead and believe the media. I completely understand your angle, Chris, being a father and all but condemning someone because TMZ said something is crazy. Like I believe I said in one of my first posts in this thread, I don't know if any of the things repeatedly whored on the news is true or not, and because of that, I refuse to condemn him for it. The guy was screwed up, that's a fact. But I can't hate on something I don't know is true. If sometime in the future it is proven that those allegations are true, then my opinions on the man will change. But until then, I will give his life the respect that I believe every life deserves, no matter how screwed up the individual who lived it was.

Yeah if he constantly borrowed yer car and brought it back with an empty tank, or maybe he stole your starbucks gift certificate, sure. However if he was a child molester I would have condemned him myself, and I would stay the hell off the internet for a few months. I understand his family will read things like i have said and get pretty pissed off, i also know the families of the children he DID molest like that kid who described a spot on his dick, are also probably sickened by the sainthood everyone seems to attribute to him.

this child molesting thing goes back quite a while. Hell, in the early 90's a child who accoused him of touching him actually described a spot on his dick. When cops made him drop-trau, they found the same mark the kid reported...

To me this is like the OJ thing. Somebody who is clearly guilty but has a very very expencive and elite team of lawyers that the procecuters just couldnt match. I have no doubt there were some money seeking bandwagoners who were trying to get money. They did not GET the money, but they damaged any futher attmpts at prosecution because they made a mockery of the legitimate cases against him.

The lack of conviction is not proof positive he was innocent, it just means the prosecution was not able to match MJ's defence team. It doesent prove he did, it does not prove he did not, all it says is there have been repeated allegations with some very condemning evidence, some which i have a hard time believeing was not enough to bury him.

Like i said, my heart goes out to his family, and his friends, it is too bad he died, he was young. I would rather see him alive sitting in a jail cell than dead.

This man did go on the wacked out side with some of his antics later in his life, but he did lay the foreground of what pop music we do have now, I remember seeing episodes from when the Jackson5 would come on Saturday mornings. He was one huge visionary and hell of a marketing artist with the way he could market newly inventions " the glittering glove" who would have thought that would have been such a huge item!

i am one to say child abuse and rapist are the worst of people and deserve nothing but to be locked up behind a cell with a guy name tyrone who benches 400.yes he was an icon in music, but the fact that he made such horrible decisions in life( if to be true i havent looked up the case facts and what not) then i cannot mourn his death. these kind of people are the lowest of scum even in prisons where inmates HATE these type of people. to his family though, i wish the best for them and hope they can move on with the lost of a family member
