Chevy raised the bar so for had to follow but I agree, that new boby style with about 300hp for around 22k will kill some folks

So let me get this straight.
They're going to stick a 3.7L engine into the new v6 stangs and push out damn near 300hp, and Im still gonna be stuck with my 3.8 that only has MAYBE 153hp? what. the. ****. I really need to start saving my damn money for a cobra.

Well your car is 11-15 years old. There are civics faster now.

Hell the newer Camrys have just as much horsepower as my car, stock for stock.

dont buy the car if u cant handle the horses and no its not gon kill people any more than any other car
who is going to be able to afford that and would WANT it FOR hp
there are way better cars to get 300 hp out of for the price(used cars)
thats a bad *** car though for the price
i dont think u can beat it

Hell wasnt it recently they went with a 3.9 or if we need to say 4.0L so be it...why go back down to a 3.7L ?
Hell if they bump it up to that amount of HP out of a v6 and still have great gas mileage for a good price, I would consider it

Same thing. We've already discussed how it'll most likely go.
NA V6 < NA V8 < TT V6 < SC V8
Haha well it was long enough ago. And insider information? Blue Oval is available to everyone you just got to go read it. Same as Left Lane. But, in all fairness you're correct.

They'll have the base model. And then they'll have either a twin turbo, or a single turbo model. Why they are going to a smaller engine for this, I don't know, maybe so the GTs they make will stay above the v6's lol. However, the 5.0 is coming back.

The gas mileage will probably be better going to the smaller displacement, but who knows. The 5.0 would be cool to have, but once my car is supercharged, I probably won't care anymore. haha

I read that to switch form FWD to RWD they will have to redesign the intake manifold and the exhaust headers. If they do a good job with those and maybe add direct port injection it's possible for once that the base model mustang will do more than just lag behind the camaro..... It's already going to kill the challenger lol

I didn't think it was all production cars had to have 33mpg, I thought it was the average had to be 33mpg. So say all the cars Ford makes, the average out of all of them has to be 33mpg. I could be wrong, but I don't see all cars having the gas mileage. It won't happen cause they will put out a lot of car companies out of business.
