My wife called me up to tell me that our neighbors car was in our garage.

So i guess earlier today my neighbor had a fight with her husband, and the husband told her to get the hell out of the house and if she ever comes back she will never see her son again. (son is almost 8, 3 days younger than my stepson)

so she leaves, eventually she comes home to confront him and he is not there. She asks the wife if she can park her car in my garage so he doesent see if it he comes home and leave before she can try to see her son.

She waits and waits, calls and calls, finally she gets ahold of her husband, he tells her its too late, she will never see her son again. then he hangs up.

20 minuits later or so her son calls her up crying cause they are in the mountains and he doesent know where. Superdad left with his son and all his son was wearing was a t-shirt and shorts. No jacket, no food, no anything.

she already called the cops but they cant do anything unless they have been gone 5 hours after she got home. So after 5 hours she will call them and they will issue an Amber alert (missing child alert) in all the counties over the radio and tv to help find them.

ya know, people who use thier children as pawns against thier spouse should just be dragged out on the street and shot.

This was Superdads way of causing grief to his spouse. Instead of facing the problem at hand, he used his and her child " as a pawn like jack said"

It happens all the time especially in the good ole USA. Children are a very, very strong bargaining tool, and one that should never be used in any domestic situation. This could cause extreme mental problems for any child. Children do not distinquish between love for their 2 parents. As far as they are concerned they are the reason their parents are fighting or whatever. If a father tells his child, his mother is bad, or a mother tells her child the father is bad, the poor child doesn't realize, it's not their fault.

Using children to cause your spouse pain is fcking spineless IMHO.

He should have just went to a shrink and let them figure out what the fck is wrong with him. WTG, Dad, your awesome..

apparentyl he showed back up last night while i was on my way home from work. The wife said he came home, went inside, his kid was nowhere to be found. there was a bunch of yelling inside, he came out and called for his son for like 10 minutes. I guess his kid was scared and when they got home he ran and hid somewhere close bgy. finally he went back inside.

not sure what is happening next, i just hope that if they split up she stays and he GTFO.

Sorry Jack, but you are caught up in the middle of this ****. You probably should monitor the situation until some authorities can step in and take control. This could very easily end up very bad for all three of your neighbors, unfortunately the child could suffer a worse fate. Lets hope the Geek dad doesn't have suicidal tendencies, because they usually become 3 way murder suicide ****. You know. And that's a very fcked up way for a child to die, and a fcked way for a mother to die. As for the father, lets just hope he blast's his own head off with a 12 gauge before he commits murder. Then it would be a happy ending to his miserable existance..

Not trying to hijack this thread but an example of how some people are very unstable.

Fellow at work, who seemed to be an ok guy, doused his wife and his house with lighter fluid and then pulled out a lighter and continued to strike it, but it did not light. Wife got away from him, he ran but was later caught by the cops and promptly arrested for attempted murder, attempted arson, and every other federal thing they could charge him for. No kids were involved but that could have been a murder/ suicide that would have made national news.. The women who worked with him said he was a moody person but never showed any signs of being that whacked out..

 

People are ******* idiots.
