I do,and they are very rare. Saw this one the other day locally.

That sir would be a Bricklin SV-1. I believe it was a fiberglass car with a mid/rear mounted 351.

never seen/heard of it. if i saw this on the street, id prob think it was some old piece of junk. =/

LOL do a little bit of research and you'll find out you are right. SV-1 stood for safety vehicle one and it would be an understatement to say they had a few problems. Pretty cool car seing as it was made in the mid 70's but the materials and craftsmanship just weren't there.

**Edit and it had electric gull wing doors

that's a Bricklin GT, or something, Used to see them all the time in the 70's. Nothing special about them IMHO. Same as a Pantera. Big deal.. LOL..

I was just driving around and saw this thing for sale and thought it would be cool to see if anyone knew what it was.

That is a terrible car. Apparently they were manufactured shitty, and weighed like 3400+lbs. Id never have owned one.

looks like that thing had some potential to be cool though. With some weight reduction...and maybe if it didnt have those stupid shock absorbant bumpers..

Except the Pantera was 1000x cooler than the Bricklin. After all it's named after the band that's taken more shots than 50 cent. LOL.
