What up everyone i have not been for a few weeks. Well My uncle is sellin his 2003 Mustang V6 stick shift and with 70,XXX miles. He want to sell it to me for $2,500 and mods "a 8.8 rearend with 3.73+t-lock trueduel flowmaster 44's 25% UDP" the car is red. SHOULD I GET IT?

hell yea..buy it and put a 4.6L w/ a manual trans and you would spend less money buying a GT for that price when all said and done.

 

If you can heavily mod it now, then i'd say do it. Otherwise there was no point of you selling your V6 for another one.

 

Do it R3d. I will sell you the motor out of my GT in a couple of months. I'm about to get a complete built motor put in. I will sell it cheap

I'd only buy it if you plan a motor swap, or buy and sell it for more.

As cheap as that is, is it something you actually want? Or something that just seems to good to pass up?

If its just something to good to pass up think about how you are going to feel after buying it. Does it have a V8 in it? Is it really any faster than your previous vert?

Thats an option. Buy n sell. Make enough for a down payment on a Cobra . Or trade in if they offer you enough.

 

Although possible, probably not worth it in the end. I doubt many people are going to pay much more than 5k-8k for a V6. And how many people are really looking at buying cars these days?
