i only post drunk when i get home becuase i have the drunk munchies and the best seat in the house is in front of my computer screen.
looks like someone feels like death today...im doing a 100 pints in one month challenge im sittin at 35 and its day 10 i took 2 days off because i went to work feeling like *** a few times last week. ****, my friend is at 50! trying to catch my other friend that did it last month finished at 160 pints of guiness, **** that ****.
haha, i think im still buzzed from last night and its 1230pm right now.

lmao Hangover prevention and cures:
Prevention: Don't drink cheep alcohol.
First off before going to bed take 2 tylenol and drink an entire glass of water 16-20 oz.
Treatment:
When you get up in the morning take a good vitamin B supliment B-12, B-50, or B-100 because alcohol flushes all the vitamin B out of your system and part of your hangover is from that deficency. (If the vitamin B supliment you have is a sustained release formula you can take it the night before with your tylenol, and take it again in the morning) To speed up recovery even more drink something like Rockstar energy drink which is loaded with vitamin B. The cafine in it will help to speed up your heartrate and get the vitamins where they are needed. Drink lots more water the rest of the day and you'll most likely be ready to go out and get drunk off your *** again that evening.
