My New Site C&C Needed
So I got my web site to a workable state. It's obviously not 100% done yet, but it's at a point where I consider it functional and would look some feedback on where I should go from here. If you think it's great, let me know why. If you think it sucks and should be ripped off the internet, let me know why.
If anyone knows of any car shows coming up that I don't have listed on the site, feel free to upload them.
Also, if anyone took any pictures at any car shows in the central florida area, please upload them to the site. I'm trying to fill up the galleries, but I haven't gone to any shows. I'm gonna start going to more now, but I need some pics up.
Anyway, here's the site: http://www.cflcarshows.com

check out the photog social group, i have a pic up. the DOF on 1.8 is razor thin, im gonna have to play around a bit to figure out the DOF at various ranges so i dont end up blurring the subject. lol.
unfortunaly i just got it today at 1pm and had to be at work by 2:30pm so i have not had mucht ime to play with it.
I took it out today and just aimed it down the street, ive seen the camera report the scene is too dark for a photo before, this is the first time it said too bright. Lol. it was set at 200 iso, 1/1000 shutter speed 1.8/f
i had to drop it down to 1/2500 shutter speed to get rid of the "too bright" alert.
the AF on it works pretty quick too. nothing staggering but it feels like it will be able to track movement very well.
this is gonna be a GREAT low light combo.

Chris, why didn't you just drop the ISO opposed to raising the SS?
Ryan, site looks good. Functional for me, I liked it. Pictures are still nice...did you use the direct positive filter on them? It's like you cranked the contrast and color vibration in LR2.

Thanks a lot, man.

My camera is native at ISO 200. So I could not go lower.

There is a car show the third Saturday of every month in Plant City. I will most likely be taking Spook there this weekend.
Edit: I just noticed my car is on the front! WOOT! Also, the site looks great, but the underlined words on the front page underneath 'Welcome' are confusing to me because they look like links. The underline only comes on when I'm hovering over the page.
