If I had that car, the only thing I'd do (if it wasn't so rare) is to take off that ugly-*** front bumper and that atrocious wing. The front makes me want to puke. The wing makes me want to wash a load of towels so I can use the wing to hang them out to dry.

Then you might as well buy a normal Mustang and modify it. You don't make changes like that to a car that is so rare.

 

I wouldn't make those changes just because of how rare it is.

i saw 1 on ebay that came with an inflatable plastic bubble to keep it in... no joke

 

I found one on auto trader not to long ago around me. It was going for like $73,000. Would not spend that much for that car. Yes its cool and rare, but not worth 73K. I would drive the hell out of it too. Cars meant to be driven, not sitting in a garage collecting dust.

 

i would do horrible illegal things with that car and ultimately (but not intentionally) destroy it or at least greatly decrease its value

 

I hate it when people have huge collections of beautiful cars that are never driven

It should be a crime to put anything that looks rice, whether it is functional or not, on a Mustang. Even though it isn't, to me, it looks like something a ricer would do to a New Edge.

Rice is

• Putting something funtional on a car that would have no use for it. (ie: race wing on a geo metro.)
• 4.5" fart can's on anything that isn't turboed.
• Wide body kits with stock tires, wheels and suspension.
• Overall extravagant crap all over a car, crappy body kits on cars that shouldn't even have aftermarket accessories. etc..

Not ONE piece of that Cobra is rice. It's a race built machine, no radio, no rear seats, no carpet or padding in the trunk. etc etc.

There is a guy around here that has a central controlled air flow in his garage, and when it drops below a certain temp it automatically will adjust to the proper temp.

And I have seen those bubbles at car shows around high end cars, they are crazy!

But I wouldnt change a damn thing either, can you imagine taking a car like that in for a oil change, now that would be funny to see the mechanics face when they popped the hood to that huge intake!
