Okay let me explain. Drive something like a N/A 5.4 4v Mustang, then go to the dealership and drive a bone stock 05-09 GT. The feel of the actual car is almost unrealistic. You floor it in the S197 and it takes a second to respond, not instantaneous like it is SUPPOSE to be. You try to speed shift, but the janky hydraulic clutch doesn't allow you too because it responds too slow. Everything keeps you from feeling the car. Yea the numbers might show more, but I've ridden in stock 5.0 foxbodies that felt twice as fast as my car when they were pretty much bone stock.

All the drive by wire factory tune crap kills the car for me. Manufacturers built cars like the GT to be cars available for women who don't necessarily want to have that muscle car feel, just the look. And for people like me it sucks because it takes away from the experience. Only after $500-1000 in mods does it feel like it should.
