My dogs part chow, part golden retreiver. Hes never ever had any mean tendencies, and he wont even hurt small birds, just mice cuz he likes to play with them lol. He also knows a few tricks. XD

You don't ban the dog breed, that's just retarded. You throw the book at people who make them aggressive and then take them out in public where they bite people.
