it's just to attract attention and/or advertise the car while withholding the price. you call or email them and they give you the real price.

Correct. If you put 23k into the price, it removes the k.

Umm.. Yeah, you don't have a Craigslist account? Well, I guess if you don't sell anything on there it wouldn't do you any good.. lol The only good that an account is for is to help you keep up with your ads.

Hmm, I did not know that. But then again I've only sold a few things on craigslist.
