Any good parts sites, other than AM? I am looking specifically for UPR, but if you have got any others that would be cool too!

Well I should say UPR made products, their quality is shitty. But their springs and stuff are Eibach. There's a lot of stuff floating around on how shoddy their welds are and stuff like roll cages coming with gouges in the tubing, stuff like that.

That's because UPR is budget based, it's not amazing quality but sometimes the money isn't there to pay $400 for an o/r x-pipe when you can get one for $150 from them. UPR isn't known for quality.

Well, I guess it's a good thing that all I was going to get were A/C ***** and some other misc. billett stuff and maybe the triple hook quadrent.

Well their billet stuff are all ripoffs of MGW so you should buy it from them instead since they're the ones who put the effort in designing it.

Or you could support some ******* company like UPR.

your choice.

MGW doesn't have these, http://www.uprproducts.com/shopping/shopexd.asp?id=1668 or a triple-hook quadrent. MGW makes you buy a single hook quadrent and a firewall adjuster. MGW Also doesn't give you the option to buy satin billett, and I don't want a bunch of "bling" billett in my car. kthxbai!

That's this.

The "deluxe" *****. And silver = satin, which is an option on all of their products.. FYI.

That look like bling to you?

Do you see blue reflectors as a choce in either of those ***** on MGW? Nope.

I actually do like that e-brake handle, was planning on getting one eventually.

Did I miss something? What's so distasteful about some satin billett?

I don't want a s/c yet, it still feels plenty fast for me. When some of the "new" wears off for me then I probably will. Plus the only tuner in my area is Delk and I haven't heard a whole lot of good out of them.

Delk was who put on my KB and tuned it for me.....why don't you trust them. They're one of the top Mustang-specific shops in the U.S. You should appreciate that, now that I live in Missouri I wish that I would've spent more time there.

take a road trip to Modular Powerhouse... not a bad drive from where you are...but for jeebus sake man.. you seem plenty smart enough to mount a blower and install a safe mail order tune.

Yeah, I am.. But honestly I don't want a S/C yet. I don't want to get ahead of myself and get tired of the car. You did basically everything that I would have done to make the car handle, now I want to refine the looks a little more to my taste. I would much rather have a car that handles then a car that goes straight fast.

BTW: I went out and had some fun in the rain after work today.. lol I must admit, I'm much more impressed with the cheap 'ol sumi's than I thought I would be.. Granted, once they break traction you won't get it back without a serious crack of the throttle. haha!

One of the top shops in the US? hmm.. I don't know about all that. I don't want to talk out of my *** because I've never met the guys, but I've heard a few horror stories in the past.

So I guess we can be expecting you with a KB 2.2 accompanied with a 100 shot of nitrous sometime around August, then. eh?

IDK about being that soon. I'd like to pay the car off before I do the blower, but when I do it will definitely be a roots style blower.

You wouldnt be making that compromise, the car already handles well.

Well considering the fact that they've been featured in MM&FF, who specifically said that if you live anywhere near them to go check it out and see some of the best built mustangs in the world. Not to say people don't make mistakes but people like to over-exaggerate sometimes. I had them work on my rear-end and it ended up falling out on the way home, but they towed it gave me a refund and gave me a discount towards my next two dyno sessions. Tell me any other shop that would do anything near that.....Other than driving to other Mustang shops.
