Default stupid window

I cleaned my stang up Sat. all nice and pretty. Beautiful day for that here last weekend.. Was gonna go for a drive, but when I cranked her up the gaadaaam drivers side window quit working. Look on the tech forums for suggestions, tried them all including banging the the door panel by the speaker. Didn't work

It wasn't the switch cause I changed them out with the passenger one. I can here clicking but window won't go down. Dammit.

Gonna take her in at 1 PM to get it looked at on Tuesday.

Got off work Monday night and window is working again..

Gaaadammit. Reread some posts on tech thread and this has happened to others.. When it cools back down outside, They said it starting working again and no problems since..

I was just wondering should I wait till it stops working again or take it in and say it doesn't work everytime, but sometimes. If a warm day comes up and i want to ride with both windows down and drivers side doesn't work, I'll be pissed off.. Soory to Rant.. And sorry I didn't post this in the tech section....

I hope I never have that problem or I will be pissed. One day I went to unlock my car doors with my thingymajig and my driver's side window rolled down. I thought that was weird. I did my research and realized it is supposed to do that if you hold the unlock button down too long.

Good luck getting that fixed. I hope the motor didn't go bad. It could have a short or something like that.

Window working good still, but dam now I feel I have a Gremlin just waiting to pop up again. Dam my stang is 5 years old now.. Might be time for a New Car . I'll go check out some 2010 Camaros when they become available for under 30 grand.. Or maybe just maybe a 2010 G8.. They look promising IMHO..

Just kidding on the looking for a new car. . I love my Mustang and she'll be paid for this year with under 28K miles on her. She's not a mean street machine, but she's plenty quick for me and I aint looking to win many drag races anyway.. I keep her clean and drive her pretty easy 50% of the time. But I like to let her loose on occasion and she can get up and go when I stomp hard enough. Anyway, Right now I think I'll keep her.

sry bout resurrecting the old thread but my driver window is doin' the same thing. Mine only happens when it rains a lot like it has been here in FL. it has happend before but once everything dried out a bit it decided to work flawlessly up until now. and +1 about the gremlin idea. lil punks.

its a common thing it would seem. Mine does it to me on very hot days but will work again when it cools off. I thought I read something one day about taking it apart and cleaning the motor or something like that. Cant remember.

I think if you slam the door and press the button for the window at the same time.
