that is a stupid generalization. there are some retards on sportbikes out there (called 'squids') but ALL of them act like dicks ALL the time? thats like saying ALL black people love watermelon.

 

There are exeptions I'm sure but they don't live where I live

It's a stereotype I know but the thing about stereotypes is they are there because a large portion of a given population exhibits similar trates

 

I rarely see squids where I live. everyone on two wheels around here is very respectful and follow the rules of the road (and if they break them, endangering no one but themselves). until the 18 y/o badass on an r1 comes rollin along, lane splitting, wheelies, cutting people off, etc. darwin usually takes care of those guys

Well once i sol the stand i had about 6k in debt, which swelled to about 8k due to vadalism costs, xmas, medical, etc. But im fixing to be down to about 4k debt here real soon, once i get my debt settled im gonna buy an SUV to cart the family around.

and THEN, after all that, which will probably be at least another year - 2 down the road im gonna be looking for a Mach1.

The 03/04 Mach1's are seriously one of my dream cars. I know they are no ferarri or cobra, but they are just rare and in my view one of the coolest stangs made.

Then the first order of business willl be longtube headers and exhaust.\

 

I knew a jackass in high school that joined the military and bought an r1 but then he was a dumbass and drove drunk and fell off going down the highway the bike was fine and he lost half his face but still rides and now thinks he is some kinda badass

darwin should move to michigan for a couple years then maybe I will give the rockets a break

Bikes are more fun that cars...ride one and youll agree... unless you are stupid and scare yourself so badly the first time and never ride again. lol.

 

**** I look like im going to the moon whenever I ride..lol.. FULL ARMORED GEAR...EVERY TIME. its just not worth it otherwise...and less gear doesnt make it that much better to ride....as a lot of my buddies say.

 

LOL thats why the kid is so lucky to be alive he didn't have a helmet.

 

Bikes are fun..but where I live, unless you've got the income to support owning two vehicles, possibly even three...it's not an option. My roommate couldn't even buy groceries by himself because his piece of **** bike couldn't bring them home. I'm with Lazer on this one. Maybe it's a Michigan thing...but 80-90% of the guys who ride sportbikes NEVER drive the speed limit, NEVER follow traffic, and probably spend half their time on one wheel. Give me a fast car anyday. /RANT

I say more like 99% of sport bike riders in Michigan break the law speeding/weaving in and out of traffic/trying to just show off period.

I'm like you Jack. I never even thought about buying a Mustang until I saw a Mach 1 on the lot. Every time I see one on the road I'm pointing and saying look, at that, a Mach 1 ... My wife never see's what I do, but she knows, because I will point out Mach's and Cobra's to her and any one else who's around.. I actually love the shaker hood on the Mach 1 though. That's what makes it eye catching..

 

Are you ever going to do the shaker mod on your GT? I mean if your goal is to make it look like a Mach 1, you might look into that.

 

its hard to do a decent shaker mod to a GT.

Karkraft.com stopped selling the 2valve shaker brackets which allow the use of a real mach1 hood, thats what i had on my stang.

all there really is are the Roush and CDC shaker setups which are pretty much identical and require cutting the stock hood and gluing a big piece of plastic to it.

 

Yeah That's beyond my goals as far as looks go for mine. Plus I Just wanted to add some black to a very red car. I mean with out some accents, a red stang is eye catching but it needs something to tone it down a bit, same with yellow stangs, IMHO.. I would love to get a black honeycomb insert for the rear though..

Also I see black stangs with red accents occasionally and the really pop out at you..

 

Yeah, I just think you need something extra to go with the hood stripe. Maybe a scoop? Or do you have one already? It's really hard to judge by your 150x150 pixel sig.

 

He has an 04 GT so he has a scoop on his car.
