Yeah, I was actually afraid I was going to start a grease fire. There was a layer of grease about half an inch thick by the time it was done baking.

A little tip for next time: line the pan with aluminum foil and then put a thin layer of butter or cooking spray on the aluminum. That way the food won't stick and you can just peel the aluminum off when you're done and you won't have to scrub the everliving **** out of the pan.

Ok normally this doesn't happen but tonight I went to a place called San Chez (hokiestang might know of it) for a wedding rehersal dinner and I had lobster, shrimp, squid, mussels, crawfish, cod, tuna, salmon, beef, chicken, and sausage. there was something else to but it was just a different kind of sausage so I don't count it. Thats 11 species that had to die for me to have a meal. I feel like a serial killer and it's awesome. lol

Know exactly where it is... never been there before though. I'm a big fan of fish and seafood, but I can't stand most sushi. In that pic you posted, that **** in the top right corner wrapped in rice = worst food I've tried. I couldn't even swallow a bite.
