In traffic here, when people leave too much gap in between cars at a green light causing it to turn yellow, and or people who don't pay attention when the light turns green..
Certain PC video games that will boot to desktop when your just about to achieve something that took 20 or 30 mins to do. Some EA games are bad for that. Notably NFS MW. while your trying to get a $100,000 + bounty.. ARRgghh..

People who don't pull over to the right to allow emergency vehicles to pass.

I effing hate that too I don't have any affiliation with emergency vehicles but it just pisses the hell out of me

It's called Mondayitis. We have a lot of call in's where I work due to this disorder. It is almost the same as Fridayitis, except the sypmtoms are completely different. Either one causes lost time at work though. Mondayitis can be considered a real illness, but Fridayitis usually just gets a big red flag as to being an illness at all.

I just noticed another one of mine. When I'm holding my girlfriend at night, trying to fall asleep & her face is right next to mine; I'm fine with that until all i'm breathing is the air she's breathing out. It makes me feel like I'm dieing.
