What's your pet peeve??

...minor annoyance that can instill great frustration in a very small group of people, yet is experienced by everyone. It also must be insignificant, so people insulting you is not a pet peeve.

 

People raising there voices to talk over people and people who interupt me when I am explaining somthing

 

Pet peeves on campus...

1) people getting on the elevator befor you are allowed to get off
2) people walking next to each other and taking up all the space on the sidewalk, while you are trying to ride your bike

 

Walking around the house while brushing your teeth

 

I also don't like when people take up the whole sidewalk on campus. I walk beside my girlfriend all the time but when some one is comming the other way, I walk behind her. I don't like when people turn thier blinker on right before they turn, might as well not use it. It gets on my nerves when people linger, thoes lingerers man! Like taking forever to do something that should take very little time. So far my lab partners a lingerers, lets git **** done. I'll try to think of some more. There's alot of crap that gets on my nerves.

 

I hate whistling... God I hate it soooo damn bad. It gives me an instant headache & uncontrolable twitch in my eye & trigger finger.

 

i hate people who **** spam this forum, nothing gets me more pissed then reading about cars and what not and then there dicks every ware.

 

I raise my voice to talk over people who interrupt me while I am saying or explaining something. They usually shut up after that.

If I wrote all of my pet peeves, I would take up like 150 pages of this thread.

More notable ones are:

1. Stupid people.
2. Lazy people at work who are too lazy to clean up after themselves.
3. People who cry about their problems when they are the ones that caused them.
4. People who think they can write poetry, but can't.
5. People who think they can take great pictures, but can't.
6. People who think they are smart (like one of my bosses), but they really don't know their *** from a hole in the ground.
7. Fat people who wear tight clothes.
8. People who think that just because I have a newish V8 Mustang, that it is my 'husband's', or most commonly, my 'daddy's' car.
9. People who talk a lot of **** and can't back it up.
10. People who are too lazy to work and live off of others. I like to call those people 'parasites'.

I am sure I will think of more. Those will suffice for now.

Do you mean like any kind of a whistling noise, or just when people whistle? I can't whistle, hahaha. I used to have a friend that said that 'only child molestors whistle'.

 

number one pet peeve: people who come into our country and can't speak our language.

 

People who pass you for no reason and then slow down and then speed up when you go to pass them cause they are going to damn slow

Right now my top pet peeves would be:

people who have handicap permits and you watch them get out of their car and they walk just fine.

little asian ladies that have no sense of personal space. I ride BART(kinda like a subway system) everyday to work and they weasel their way in front of you to get out first and just rub up against you and stand RIGHT next to you.

walking down an escalator where you are supposed to stand on the right if you aren't walking and the left is for the people wanting to walk. There are always people who stand in the middle or are standing on the right next to the person on the left and not moving.

and...people who ask stupid obvious questions. I would be sitting there playing a video game and my old roommate would come in and say what are you doing? What the hell does it look like I'm doing.

 

Yeah that can be pretty bad. One of my Pet peeves is when people are eating and they smack...... Just really pisses me off. Chew with your freaking mouth closed! lol. It is prob my biggest because my dad does it all they time, but he thinks he does not.

 

I hate when my girl walks all around my house & never turns the lights off when she leaves the rooms.

 

My fiance does this all the time and it pisses me off.


I hate when people do not turn their lights on while driving in the rain and fog.

Edit: I also hate when people put windshield banners on their vehicles that say things like 'Mustang' across the windshield of a Mustang, and so on. Yes, we can already tell what you drive, but thanks for clarifying, jackass!

 

I'll be sure to scrape that off then, lol!

 

LOL...Thats a major one of mine. Another one is finding a pitcher or a milk jug in the fridge with just enough left that you cant throw it away.

I hate those ******* "FWD" texts that have a chain letter attached. That **** annoys me. I know i have an unlimited plan and all....but don't waste my precious eyesight.

Also I hate it when someone leaves the pantry door open. If it was supposed to be open....it wouldn't have a door attached to it

 

when a person will pick their nose right in front of who ever, when ever. doesnt happen often, but when it does I have to turn away.

I hate text messaging period. **** it hard.

People who try to merge on the highway @ 45 mph.

My roommates girlfriend trying to fit in and acting like she knows **** about sports. Just stick to hair products and the mall please.

I hate when people drive side by side doing the ******* speed limit!

There's too many to list. I'd have to say the main one is ppl who don't turn their brights off when they pass someone on the road. A close second is ppl who ride bikes on campus and think they own the sidewalk.

 

I hate when people sing the wrong lyrics to songs. Don't ****** sing it if you don't know the words.


I also hate when stupid people try to act intelligent.

I hate when people who have nice cars, like corvettes, gt500's, cobras, drill holes in their front bumper. Like what the ****?

I hate the fact that i can't find a damn clean cobra around here with low miles, and relatively stock.

 

i hate people with Gt's who look down at people with 6ers

 

I hate people who jump on the bandwagon and then bail when it doesn't work out in their favor.
