Cobra mmm. They run so much power, but you have room in the car too. Plus, I'm not a big chevy guy

z06's have been popping motors like it's on sale. I'll stick with the cobra. At least it's operating inside its capabilities (now if the drivetrain on chevies was worth more than 2 squirts of cold ****, I'd have the vette)

If it were 05+, I'd take the z06. I don't like the C5's, but I love the C6's.

z06. easy to put the newer heads on them and have a 500hp N/A beast...add F/I and your spanking cobras all day in any situation.

definatly cobra.

everyone and thier brother has a Z06.

dont see many Cobras.

Corvettes are for retiree's

Mustangs are for those who can get a boner without pharmacutical aids.

get the cobra because people don't think of them as nice when they seem em driving down that street, and you won't have this happen to you

That's the best picture ever, I love it, haha.

Yeah I would go with a Cobra, I'm doing it my self. I wont give up until I get one. Now I can't decide if I want a Cobra Convertiable or regular Cobra. The Cobra I want is tuned up pretty good, but I don't know if I want to get a loan to get that much. Cobra > Z06

I see too many Z06's, I rarely see a Cobra. Maybe once since I've had my Mustang or even in years.

When I think of a Corvette, I picture an older, mid-life crisis type of guy. I wouldn't say that "everyone has them", but you do see quite a few of them. It's like "Look, there goes a red one. Hey wow, a black one". They are cookie-cutter cars to me.

I don't mind the looks of the Vettes, as long as they are in someone elses driveway. You could not give me one.

Exactly and I'm not a fan of two seater cars. I remember when I was younger all I saw was Vettes every where I went, different colors. We talked a friend of ours into buying a Dodge Viper, now he loves it, and doesn't ever want a Vette. But now I want his Viper.

Depends on what your going to do with it.
Road course car Vette.
Otherwise go with the cobra.

cobra, plus getting more power out of it is real easy and it is *slightly* more functional for daily use than a corvette I feel.

if you all didnt own mustangs you would say vette, a termi is like 390 to the wheels, a z06 is NATURALLY ASPIRATED like 400-450...

its a very easy choice if you have common sense.

^ Aren't termies more like 420whp...? And the 03 Z06 is only 405hp at the flywheel, not spectacular. Again, it's the two-seatedness and the retiree feel that keep me away from the vette

I dont own a mustang.

and i would take a Cobra. lol

I feel the cobra is a bit more down to earth. It has a rough-edge quality that gives the feel of badassness with a youthful energy. It says, i have a badass car and ill kick your *** if you **** me off.

If a 4 Cobra was a meal, it would be a 20 ouce Ribeye steak with all the trimmings with a nice good full flavored beer 20oz beer in a frosty mug served in a dim lighted steakhouse with a riding bull off in the corner, with a smoking hot waitress who really knows how to wear a pair of jeans.

A corvette is far more classy and refined and a bit stuffier in my view. A cross between beauty and power with a very tasteful and refined edge. It says i have a wet-dream sports car and if you get in my way you will be hearing from my lawyer.

If a Corvette Z06 was a meal, it would be a filet mignion glossed in a peach and smoked apple glaze and a butternut squash side covered in a burbon raspberry sauce, served with a $50 bottle of (insert french wine name here) and enjoyed in a classy restaraunt where "jeans" are not appropriate. All served by a well groomed waiter who knows where to go to find a good show afterwards.

both cars in my view make a statement about the driver.

the corvette just does not fit me. ... but it is a beautiful car.

Sitting in the drivers seat of a Corvette feels like sitting in the cockpit of a fighter jet (but I've sat in a fighter jet lol). Its just so comfortable and handles real smooth.

Test drive them both, you will know within 5 minutes of driving the one that FEELS RIGHT.

I'd have to flip a coin if it was as a track car. The Z06 is more competative than the Cobra, atleast as far as AutoX goes, and for alot of other types of racing. If I needed a daily or weekend driver, Cobra all the way. I'd rather have the Cobra in my current circumstances. I lean towards the Cobra alot becuase I am a Mustang fan, but I know the Corvette has equal potential (more if it's stock for stock), to win.

I wouldnt want any newer corvettes, thats for sure. Like everyone is saying, corvettes are really common. Especially here in florida, due to all the RETIREES. But I live on the Panhandle and I see a cobra...maybe...once every few weeks. Now....if you were choosing between a cobra and a stinray corvette...well, Id say get the ray. I love those ****** things, they look so sick.

+1, Vettes are almost as common as McDonalds' here. Yet, none of them ever excite me. Now, on the other hand there is a blacked out Cobra that I see once every few weeks and every single time I see it it's like I turn into a little five year old kid.

I've drove Z06's and they just feel like something an old man should be driving.....you also can compete with the whine of a supercharger.

Cobra's just scream bad *** to me....If you have a Procharged Z06 then I'd go for it, but stock to stock I like the look and feel of a Cobra better.
