I've been checking out bumpers.com, and they seem pretty legit. My front bumper isn't in bad shape, but i'd like a new one.

I decided to keep my mustang and cancel my 2010 order due to future plans.


Anyone got pictures of a 99/01 Cobra bumper with a GT hood?

What's a Chin Spoiler?

 

Show me pics of it with a chin spoiler. The only ones I seen look funky with a chin spoiler and looks like it doesn't belong there.

 

look at my sig. the black piece under the bumper.

 

If you install in correctly, it can sit flush all the way around the bumper, but there will be about a 1/2 -3/4 inch gap near the fender wells.

I think it looks good, but it does need to be longer on the sides. You'd have to have a shop do a custom job and extend them. I've seen it done.

I can live with it for now though.

obviously im partial with the termi ones but man the 99 looks SICK!!!!!!!!

i think also depends on the color, that yellow car with the 99 posted above looked like crap.. but a black or a dark blue would look awsome with a 99..

goto mustang parts, exterior , body molding, then front bumpers.. the Reproduction 03/04 Cobra Is only 250 bucks..!

- but keep in mind the cheapest lights i found are 180(Everything For Fog Lights) and a chin spoiler(120) so.. thats without paint and install aswell and you will need a new grill.

 

Gotta have the chin on the 99-01' looks goofy without it... IMHO

I'd say save yourself the time and just get a replacement GT bumper. Normally I'd go with the Cobra bumper, but with how backed up the waiting list is on bumpers.com it's not worth it. I'm on both waiting lists for the '99/'01 and the '03/'04...have been for months.

spikes slow as ****. he was only faster than me when i had my GT bumper.
