Seriously, how much do you hate them?

Im off school for a month so I'm back home working at the restaurant that I've worked at for the previous 6 years.

I cannot believe how lazy people are, especially the freaking waitstaff. They bitch when a shift is slow and they bitch when it's busy as hell. They need to shutup and do their job, it's not hard.

What restaurant do you work at?

 

Just a full sized Bar & Grill restaurant that is family owned.

 

I love the people I have worked with. There is really only one manager I had once that was a "Teller" rather than an "Asker". I hate it sometimes when someone TELLS me to do something, makes me not want to do it. Other than that, I have really liked my co-workers and employers.

 

It's because it's a restaurant. Do you expect the people who work there full time to be productive people?

 

i absolutly hate the ppl i work with. To sum it up I work with a heroin addict, a drunk, a coke head, a wife beater, and well just a plain old douche.

 

Where do you work that would attract such people?

 

I can't ******* stand most of the people the I work with. There are a few I actually enjoy working with, but I wish the others would just leave already. There all so god damn lazy, useless, unorganized, and just annoying as ****. My managers are the biggest ******* losers too, so immature it's ridiculous; one thinks he's the **** and can pimp any chick he sees (you'd laugh if you saw him lol) and the other just stands there with his hands in pockets watching over my shoulder. Zero direction back there, I have to repeat myself everyday telling people how to do there ******* job and I basically run the ******* place, yet I'm the youngest and get paid the least. Total Bullshit.

I actually like most of the people I work with. There is only one that I genuinely have a problem with, but I tolerate her because I have to see her and work with her every day. So far, she hasn't done anything to me directly to make me dislike her. I only dislike her because of her actions to others. She has gotten snappy with me a few times, but I have a tendency to be able to put people in their places with ease, so she hasn't done it in a while. Still, I figure that one day, she will be a total bitch to me like she is to everyone else, except to our bosses. When that time comes, she'll learn what a real true bitch is. I could offer classes on it.

 

friends at work...that **** is for the birds, for real. just about everyone has a problem with someone at work...like today i had a issue with a Staff Sgt giving me a smart *** comment, pulled her to the side and let her know that we are professionals and that **** she pulled will not be tolerated. We share the same rank and there is no reason why she should belittle me in front of subordinates. thats just something NCO's dont do to eachother we are there to be mentors. that was the first time someone has given me any lip like that in the 18 months i been here and it had to come from a chick i went to tech school with over 5 years ago. i went to basic training and we shared the same class in technical school i finished class with no effort really and it showed in class especially with the ones that didnt understand this stuff like my fellow colleague. Even today she sucks at the job while i rock at it but there is two roads to the military and since i lack a pair of D's and dont volunteer for **** i get passed up for awards. my separation date cannot get here fast enough im so sick of this political bullshit.


if you hate the people you work with get another ******* job. its not like the restaurant is a career opportunity go work at best buy or something for some quick part time cash. i cant stand my job so im getting out of the military and until that day comes i will be the best productive asset my shop has.

 

the people i work with love to complain. I'm a furniture sales man and pretty much all we do is sit on comfy sofas all day and people always complain. I'm not going to lie, the job isn't the greatest but it could be worse.

 

Right. I hate my damn job, everyone i work with is a crook one way or another and i would love to find another but there isn't to many jobs right now open where I can go make 450+ a week.

 

That's the great part about being a nurse, there's always a job. The surgeons at my former job are the main reason I quit. I don't like being treated like **** all day and as a nurse I don't have to, so I opted out. Start the new job with better pay and hours in Jan.

 

I like the people i work with... except this one guy on the day shift, walks around acting like his **** doesent stink because he is mormon and everyone but him is going to hell.

I like the people that I work with except for this one middle aged woman named Nancy I think the term negative nancy was originally coined for her cause damn that bitch can complain. My boss rocks for a employee pot luck he brought jello shots he could have gotten fired for it but no body who knew that they were actully alcoholic was going to say **** about it and we got rid of them before anyone who might have suspected could get one

 

I work in an office so you can't really get away from the person you hate. One guy in particular is the laziest bastard in the world. I have been dealing with it for 7 yrs since he has been here and want to drill his head into the wall.

First of all..he would take a nasty ****, leave the toilet seat down and there would be **** over spray on the inside of the toilet seat when you lifted it up, floaters that didn't make it down, and streaks on the inside.

Second..he never washes his hands.

Third..he wouldn't spray the air freshener sitting next to the toilet.

Forth..he would use all the toilet paper and leave it empty.

THEN...we finally got him to somewhat start picking the toilet seat back up.

He doesn't leave the roll empty anymore, but he is so kind to leave one or two pieces on there.

Uses air freshener now but sprays enough to make the whole office gag.

I guess in a perfect world people would know how to use the bathroom like a grown up.
