5'9" 175 lbs, Not in the best shape I could be but hell I'm 48 yrs old. Lots of new pains and old ones too. Just got done working the factory concrete floor for 6 months, 7 days a week, with a couple of days off in between. I survived. I wish i would have weight trained more during my 20's and 30's, and not been such a " I can top that " type dude when I was supposed to be maturing and not doing stupid **** that gets you hurt.. LOL, anyway I think I can still get some body building in before I lose any more muscle mass due to aging, But it's just gonna hurt more after I'm done..

I like to work out 3 days a week. I'm not trying to get that big though. I'm 6'3 and 210. I do have a gut and try to just work around it lifting weights. I have been starting to do cardio though. Just not my thing even though I should.

Cardio isn't my thing either, but I started doing it and have had great results and really don't even do it constantly. Down 15 lb since college started.
