Indeed, but it does kinda beg the question, how comfortable is it to have the shifter that far back? That car is crazy!

off topic, where do you live? And have you been back to the track with your car?

Local track is closed until february. And I live in Bakersfield, California.

I just ordered my blowdown tube, bottle heater and a new solenoid for my purge..

Probably run at race legal in fontana after its all done..

Got quite a bit more I'm going to/need to do..

Really debating on running a direct port..

Sounds like the next mod needs to be a T-lok for that car. The mph is very good for a 75shot car. My friends car with an auto, cai, full exhaust,4.10's, T-lok and 100shot was going 103-104 rang so your doing good.

Yes when you spin the tires you will have a higher trap speed, but a slower time. When you hook you will loose some mph, but the time will be faster.

Its probably better for taller people. I know that I have to reach for the shifter in my automatic, and when i have driven 5 speed 99-04's its pretty ridiculous how far up it is.

I like the shifter position. On the '04 Cobras the shifter is too far up, I know once you slam 600+ hp to the ground with a kenne bell it's hard to shift in first through third so a manual shift automatic would be sweet especially with that much hp.
