Default Auto cross season ending

Here at least

I hate michigan for 2 reasons

1. our governer is canadian
2. It snows for 4-5 month out of the year and that means no auto cross

fortunatly I get one more event this saturday before my fun has to stop

Anyone in the western Michigan area who doesn't mind cold and wants to see some cool cars and cool people should come check out the US 131 motorsports park on the 8th of Nov from 9am till 5ish for a good time racing

I know what you mean, kinda. My last (maybe, they might scheduel another) Louissianna (Red River) Region Autocross is the 16th and then I have an Arkansas Region AutoX on the 22nd and 23rd. Except we go pretty much year-round in AR. The 6th and 7th of December are the last of the points year, but we got some in Jan. for the new year. I have already lost count of how many Autocross event I did this year. Two regions of events add up quick.

So the saturday event got moved to sunday because of rain so instead of racing in the rain on saturday we got to race in the snow on sunday long story short mustangs do not beat subaru's in snow but they do have a hell of a lot more fun. Though at one point I may or may not have totally lost control drifting a corner and taken out all the cones on said corner.

We have events in the rain all the time, which I actually don't do so bad in becuase it takes the advantage away from the race tire guys, unless they use Hoosier Wets. AutoX in the snow would be crazy here. We already have two guys with turbo'd 240sx that think autoX and drift goes hand-in-hand. Do you have any pictures or video of your events?

Sadly no pics and the guy that usually records stuff didn't show up and I don't have a good camera or video camera

there was a very small turn out only about 25 cars cause people are ****** on the good side it was a long course I think the fastest time was 1.25 and we got 7 runs each and still got home by 4 when we started at 10:30

1:25 is pretty good for length. This is a link to a video of one of my runs about a year ago in the rain, the run was horribly slow but I didn't spin. The video was taken by our unofficial videographer he comes to alot of event and takes tons of pictures and video.
