Default One of those days

So I wake up early this morning to (7:00) so that I can have a big breakfast before I go sell plasma. I grab some bread to make some toast and it's got mold on it. that by itself I would blow off but now I realize I should have just gone back to bed. so I eat what I can and go to biolife. The chick has to stick me three times before some other person gives it a try and gets the job done. I have huge veins I have never untill today been poked even twice. again No big. Then when I get home i check my oil cause like a normal person I check it once every week or two. oil is fine but the upper coolant hose that I just replaced 3 weeks ago has a 2 inch gash in it that doesn't quite go all the way through. I'm thinkin fine it has a year warrenty so i'm good. drive to autozone and get a new one explain i'll be back with the old one tomorrow. no big on the way home my coworker calls and says that his car is in the shop in flint (I live near GR) about and hour and a half away and he won't be able to make it to work please can I cover for him. I say no problem I don't mind going in early problem is now I'm rushing. I get home and wait a bit for the engine to cool and because i'm rushing i made the noob mistake of not venting the coolant system before removing the old hose. Ouch. then when I'm almost don't clamping the new hose my plyers snaps of the hose clamp and smashes my finger nail and i start bleeding all over. It's now noon and I have to take a shower and then go work till ten hope you guys are having better days than me.

lol. sucks man. i hate taking shifts. i dont mind it as much if its an emergancy, but if they knew ahead of time and didnt bother asking off, then i refuse. i work at a grocery store (wegmans, #3 of 100 best places to work by fortune mag) where we have 240 cashiers. If you ask a manager or service team leader for a day off, your are guaranteed off.

and yes, we have 240 cashiers.

i would have laughed if you did get pulled over.

I probably would have cried or told the cop he could just shoot me or told him to go **** himself when he said "have a nice day"

Moral of my story

If there's somthing wrong with the bread
Get your *** back in bed

A large part of my day consists of typeing and handelling small glass microscope slide. Guess what makes those two things difficult and irritating.

if you guessed a sore middle finger with a band-aid to keep it from bleeding you win
