Default Ah...finally getting stuff done to the stang!!!!!

It has been way too long since i have done anything to the mustang. I am finally starting my autocross transformation. I have a guy off of SVTP that is trading me for my solid for his irs straight up. all we need to do is split the swap costs and thats it.

It already has prokit springs on the irs so my ride height is not changing much. The best part of all is that the shop we're doing the swap at is aslo a member of our sub forum (MACA). so the cost is reduced and we are allowed to work along side with the guy doing the swap.

I am not used to being able to use a lift so this will be a new experience. lol.

o and r3d, i found a kit to make the irs a pretty stout setup. its a full derlin bushing kit with poly subframe bushings made by a person on svtp (ac427cobra). that with a bump steer kit and diff brace makes it very strong and minimal wheel hop.

If only I was so lucky. I am officially the most jealous person of you right now. If your at home sitting on your couch, you can think to yourself, "Hey that guy, 01FR500 on MB, he wishes he could be me right now." And you'd be right. I want IRS so bad, but don't have the money for it, and you just get to swap out your SRA for ann IRS, lucky.

for about the 1st 30 seconds you don't touch the throttle, then that one tire fire would start and then ka-boom to the whole rear end.

no they did not. they came with 7.5'' rear ends, and an open differential, meaning a 1 tire fire
