Default this is how bored i am

so, im sitting here. not wanting to go to sleep cause i really dont wanna go to work tomorrow, and i got to thinking, how many mile have i put on my car since i bought it, so here it goes

i bought the mustang on October 3, 2005. today's date is May 29, 2008. the difference between those two dates is 2 years, 7 month and 27 days (including todays date). Broken down, that is 970 days. divide that by 365 and you get 2.65 years of ownership.

now that we know how many years i have owned it, time to figure out how many miles i have put on it.

simple. 36500 miles (now) minus 13800 (then). 22700 miles

next, just divide the miles by the years. 22700/2.65 = 8543.47 miles a year. not bad.

haha, it gets even worse...i even calculated how many miles a year was put on the car.

date of first title release is July 10, 2003. so from today to now its been 4.89 years. just take 36500/4.89 = 7462.07 miles per year.

i know its pretty bad that i am THIS bored.....i need a life...and a cobra...

Haha, yours looked pretty similar to mine, except a lot better!

I got mine on a sunny day, went to ft Walton with my dad with absolutely no intention on getting it (I didn't care for white back then), old lady's house, pulled it out of the garage..saw how pristine the condition was and ended up taking it home.

First picture of it I ever took, and damn was it ugly looking

I remember sleeping that first night thinking "god damnit I have a white car" and now I look at it and go "hell yeah I have a white car!" haha.

And upon further review it was actually May 25th that was the 2 year anniversary, but oh well, only a few days off..lol. Have put about 13,000 miles on it since then.

Bleh..

Lets see.. I got my car in..July of 06 after a heatstroke in my bronco 8)

Got the car with..32k on it..

Since then, I have put....32-33k on my stang..

The 40+ mile days to work haven't helped me..but neither have the random road trips

I acquired both of my Mustangs on the same day, but 4 years apart.
The '93 I got on January 17th, 2004.
The '05 I got on January 17th, 2008.
I had no intentions of it happening like that. I had everything ready to get the '05, but I couldn't get off work on the 15th or 16th, so it had to wait until the 17th. I didn't even think about it until I got home from work and pulled out the title to my '93. Then I thought 'holy ****, that's cool!'

I have put about 50,000 on the '93 and about 3,400 miles on the '05 so far.

Bought my car in June of '02 with 50 some odd miles on her. Drove it around loving it for like 3 or 4 years before THE DAY. I hit a pot hole with both right side tires of my car and damaged 1 rim and ruined the other. So I started shopping for rims for my car. While shopping that modding bug started biting me. Before then I had no desire to mod my car. I started seeing the nice car pics on AM and Its been all down hill from there.

Well my friend's dad is in Kuwait right now, and he really wants a stang, and I'm pretty sure he's going to buy one (new), so I'm going to try get him to get a new GT500..He'd be ordering it in Kuwait (they apparently get some amazing discounts over there..lol) and having it built in the states. He's got a 6 figure salary so it'd be a nice play toy for him. His dad's a pretty laid back guy and would have never figured he was into muscle cars.

Must be nice to have money.
